Roles And Responsibilities:

  • To engage the candidate and conduct a pre-technical interview via telephone with candidates and to check the communication, cultural/organisation fitment.
  • To explain in detail about our organisation, the candidate’s job roles, and responsibilities.
  • To write brief feedback about the candidate based on the call.
  • To work with the recruitment team and explain the reason for selection/rejection on a regular basis to speed up the process.

Eligibility:

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Experience using Google Drive and MS Office package is appreciated
  • Good exposure to HR practices.
